I Love Love Love to Eat. My name is pronounced YUET-TING. Rhymes with Eating. :P I really do eat out an awful lot when I was living in Hong Kong. I kinda started to learn cooking from my ex-bf ever since we moved to mainland china because of work years ago. He is a typical Aussie who likes to have a good bbq on the weekends, drink beer and cook. Oh yeah, I've learned a great deal of home cooking from this guy. Of course I have an awesome mom that can cook authentic Chinese cuisine.

Salmon, seafood and cranberry juice are my all time favorite. I could eat salmon every meal, and what's your favorite food and how do you like it to-be-cooked? cheers
