- If you are buying multiple items, you can bundle them and I can give you a special offer or at least reduce shipping. Most of my items have a code at the end of the description (e.g. T005). Simply send me the codes of the items you’d like to bundle via PM and I’ll make you an offer. If you can’t find the codes or it’s missing, just comment “bundle Your Username” on all the products you’d like to bundle and I’ll make you an offer.

- Purchases are shipped on the next shipping date (you can find it in my depop profile description). Generally this can take between 1 and 6 working days. If you need immediate shipping, send a private message and I will let you know if it’s possible (it’s not always possible).

- All purchases are shipped from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post Office or DHL Express depending on weight and size. Delivery is handled by DHL Express (where available) or handed over to the local post service (e.g. USPS in the US or Royal Mail / ukMail in the UK)

- Shipping usually takes 5-7 work days for EU and 7-10 for the rest of the world from the moment it’s marked as shipped on depop and / or paypal.

- Returns are only possible if there is something wrong with the items or it is not as advertised. The decision if I accept the return or not is entirely up to me and you as a buyer are required to provide evidence of false advertising or any damages to the items.
